George H. Carlson, Jr., founder and president of Conversion Specialists, Inc. (dba CSI, Inc.), has been in the real estate industry for the past 32 years. Mr. Carlson has been a real estate broker in the states of Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, and Ohio and is a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute of Illinois (GRI). He has vast experience in single-family and condominium residential, commercial, and multi-family properties.

George is the co-founder of Carlson Investments, Inc. and Comprehensive Management Services, Inc. These entities were formed to specialize in the purchase and management of apartment properties. He has been responsible for the marketing and leasing for a property portfolio in excess of more than 10,000 apartment units in nine states throughout the Midwest and Florida.

Mr. Carlson currently specializes in the conversion of select apartment communities to condominiums. CSI, Inc. was formed to exclusively market condominium conversions and its associated brokerage.

Due to the continued growth of CSI, Inc. George has been able to recruit the Suburban House Hunters Team, one of the top real estate teams in the Chicago area.
